Culture and empathy define the essence of Italian identity. Founded in 2020, Oversonic embodies these principles as a pioneering robotics company specializing in cognitive computing systems and humanoid robotics. We have emerged as a benchmark for Made in Italy innovation — the cutting-edge Italian robotics company pioneering the use of cognitive artificial intelligence in industrial and healthcare applications.
With our headquarters in Carate Brianza and a team of 65 dedicated professionals, Oversonic works every day to introduce products to the market that embody the entrepreneurship and technological know-how of Made in Italy through creativity and ingenuity.
Italian excellence — We are the first Italian company to create humanoid robots with cognitive artificial intelligence, representing a new model for Industry 5.0.
00We are a software company: our purpose is making cognitive robotics a widely available asset to help people. We want to create a society where humans and robots can grow and evolve side by side.
01We will develop cognitive systems able to understand and engage within their context. These systems will cooperate with us by taking on the tasks we shouldn’t do ourselves so we can take back our time and status.
02We are constantly looking for new solutions - harnessing our inner italian creativity - to have technology rise up to our challenges while keeping it human-friendly.
03We plan today imagining what we’ll do tomorrow. We find the sparks of our future in the present, and we strive to make it real.
04We believe all of this can only be possible through open collaboration and the work of a visionary team with a social and human approach to technology.
05We will make cognitive robotics a tool to empower anyone’s life through a business model whose goal will always be social (B2S).
The story of Oversonic begins with a vision to create technology that serves humanity. Founded by Fabio Puglia and Paolo Denti, our startup stands out for its creativity and ingenuity in humanoid robotics, combining deep technical expertise with distinctly Italian values of craftsmanship and human-centered design.
Since our inception, Oversonic has focused on research and development of cutting-edge technologies to create humanoid robots capable of performing complex tasks and interacting with humans naturally. Through extensive research and in-depth studies, we developed RoBee—the first cognitive humanoid robot Made in Italy to enter the market.
In 2022, we adopted the status of a Benefit Company, committing to operate responsibly, sustainably, and transparently towards individuals, communities, territories, the environment, and all stakeholders. This legal framework reinforces our commitment to creating technology that generates positive social impact alongside business value.
